1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZARFY mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ZARFY is a mobile application that allows users to earn rewards by completing various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Completing surveys
• Installing and using recommended apps
• Watching videos and advertisements
• Referring friends
• Participating in games and activities

3. User Eligibility

• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Account Registration and Security

• You must create an account to use ZARFY
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Each user is limited to one account

5. Earning and Rewards

5.1 Earning Methods

Rewards can be earned through various activities as determined by ZARFY. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove earning opportunities at any time
• Set limits on earnings per user
• Adjust reward amounts based on various factors

5.2 Reward Processing

• Rewards are credited to your wallet upon task completion
• We reserve the right to verify task completion before crediting rewards
• Fraudulent activities may result in reward deduction or account termination
• Rewards may take time to process depending on the task type

6. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to minimum balance requirements
• You must provide accurate withdrawal information (bank account, UPI, etc.)
• We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals
• Withdrawal processing time may vary (typically 3-7 business days)
• Transaction fees may apply as disclosed at the time of withdrawal
• We reserve the right to set withdrawal limits per user

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to earn rewards
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Share your account with others
• Exploit bugs or loopholes in the system
• Engage in fraudulent activities

8. Referral Program

• You may refer friends using your unique referral code
• Referral rewards are subject to program terms and conditions
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
• Referral rewards may be revoked if fraud is detected
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of ZARFY are owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission
• The ZARFY name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

10. Third-Party Services

ZARFY may include links to third-party services (advertisers, survey providers, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• The content or practices of third-party services
• Any disputes between you and third parties
• Products or services offered by third parties

11. Limitation of Liability

• ZARFY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have earned in the App

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activities
• You fail to comply with applicable laws
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination: Any pending earnings may be forfeited, and you will lose access to your account.

13. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
• The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent changes

14. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels
• These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Your use of ZARFY is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
